Question: What is our return policy? Answer: We do not offer refunds on our products are they are specially made to your specification. If there is something done incorrectly (spelling, colors, etc) on your mum we will do what is necessary to correct the problem. However, should you choose to return the product due to such an error, you are responsible for return shipping charges. You will receive a refund for the amount of the product, plus applicable sales tax (minus shipping and handling) as soon as the product is received in our facility. No orders will be accepted into our facility when the proper amount of postage has not been paid. Question: Can I customize a mum? Answer: Yes, you can do so on the special instructions line. Please call 866-478-0862 or 972-647-3591 to make sure that we can accomodate your request.
Question: How long does it take for an order to ship? Answer: In stock merchandise will normally be shipped within two business days, however, an extra day or two may be required for special requests. If you have to have the mum by a certain date, please list this in special instructions.
Question: How will the receipient know the gift is from me if I have it delivered to the hospital or to their home? Answer: We will include a card showing you as the purchaser, much as the florist does. When purchasing your mum, be sure to tell us if the product is being delivered to someone else, please include any sentiments that you wish to include on the enclosed card.
Question: Do you always charge a $15.00 delivery fee? Answer: Yes, if the order is hand delivered to either a hospital or a home. Please call before placing orders for delivery to confirm that a delivery time is available.
Question: If we don't know the baby's name or delivery date, when I purchase the mum, can I bring the mum to your office after the baby is born to have these added? Answer: Yes, if you return it to our office. If you request that a strip with the details of the birth be sent to you via mail, we will charge a $4.00 service fee for this. If you wish to return the mum, via mail, to have this added, you will be required to pay for return shipping and will also be charged $5.95 for shipping the mum back to you.
Question: What if I want to pay by check or cashiers check? Answer: No problem. First, you need to go on the website and place your order as normal. When it comes to the payment section, just leave that blank and exit the website. Please notify us at 972-647-3591 that you want the order saved and will be sending us a check or cashier's check. Then, send your check/cashier's check to the below address. If you want to pay by check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears the bank. If you wish to send a cashier's check/money order, then the order will be mailed upon receipt of the cashier's check/money order. For all orders picked up at the Grand Prairie location, cash (exact change please) or cashier's check/money order are the only methods of payment accepted. Question: Is there a charge for shipping? Answer: Yes, the charge for shipping the entire order via Priority Mail will never be more than $5.95, unless overnight delivery is requested. Please call 972-647-3591 or 866-478-0862 to find out the fee charged for overnight services. If the order weighs less than 13 ounces (mini-mum, corsages) then the order can be shipped first class mail for only $3.95. Neither Priority mail nor first class mail includes any insurance against damage, loss, etc. Our responsibility for all packages ends when it is accepted by the post office at point of origin. If you want insurance, you can purchase it at checkout for our cost, $1.75 for $50.00 worth of coverage.
